Here's How The Process Works
Conversation
It’s important that we get to know you and your business without jumping to conclusions. It’s about understanding what the systems will be used for, along with your expectations and special requirements.
Specification
We’ll provide you with a full quote and proposal based on our communication and understanding. This will cover the price and specification, along with justification for why we feel it’s right for you.
System Construction
Once you agree to an offer, our technicians will be hard at work building your systems to exact specification. This includes a rigorous 27 point QC procedure per system, with the whole build process taking up to 10 business days. Quicker fulfilment is available upon request.
Delivery
Delivery takes just 1-2 business days and we can ship anywhere across the UK, including NI. Your systems are Plug & Play with software and drivers preinstalled. Instructions and manual are included, however we’d rather you call us if you need anything on our support line.
Built In-House by Our Experts
Every Bedrock Business Systems machine is built in-house by our own team, not outsourced or drop-shipped. That means we control every stage of the process, from component selection and assembly to stress testing, software installation and final quality checks. By building our business PCs and workstations ourselves, we ensure consistent build quality, proper cooling, reliable components, and clean OS installs with no unnecessary bloatware.
